FAQs

Who do I contact with questions?

The VSOTA Registrar can be reached at registration@vsota.com.

Where do I send my payment?

VSOTA, PO Box 569, Midlothian, VA 23113

Can I get a refund?

This year's registration fee is non-refundable.

Where can I get handouts from the presentations?

Handouts will be posted at VSOTA.com as they are received.  Not all presentations will offer handouts.

Can I get CEUs and how many?  What is the cost?

VSOTA is recognized by the Virginia Board of Psychology as a professional association which can provide continuing education.  This means that the Virginia Boards of Psychology, Social Work and Counseling will recognize the continuing educational activities provided by VSOTA.  As part of VSOTA's commitment to providing relevant and quality continuing education and in appreciation of our attendees, there will be no additional fee for a continuing education certificate to document attendance at the 2023 Conference.

A separate certificate will be sent to those attending the Ethics presentation, which will provide attendees with specific ethics documentation.  VSOTA does not provide duplicate certificates.  It is highly suggested that each attendee keep their certificate and workshop assignments together in the event they need to provide documentation to a licensing or certification board.

Will I get a certificate?  How and when?

Conference completion certificates will be emailed to registered conference participants following the conclusion of the conference and completion of the overall conference evaluation.  A link to the evaluation will be emailed to you after the conference.  The evaluation will also be available via the virtual conference site.

Participants attending the Ethics presentation will receive a certificate of completion for that session via email following the conference.

How can I join VSOTA?
